  • Ability to interpret complex, technical product information and requirements, and communicate these in succinct, understandable language to all levels. 
  • Through customer intimacy and program knowledge, develops marketing and capture activities that bring in new business while protecting legacy programs.
  • Gathers information on next generation requirements and communicates these to Corporations so products and services are developed/upgraded to support future missions.
  • Highly skilled at bringing together multiple program and product managers to form cohesive-focused working groups.
  • As GET President & CEO directed end-to-end engineering and manufacturing process for MILSPEC products and services.
  • Championed the largest ever Navy contract for Harris Corporation that brought in $3B of new business.
  • Authored numerous non-disclosure agreements, which became the genesis for successful teaming on large programs.
  • Restructured a competitor’s sole source follow-on contract into a successful opportunity for his company.
  • Successfully crosses corporate stovepipes for coordinated team proposals. 
  • Primed SBSA effort with large incumbent as Subcontractor
